Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

½ Cup Pumpkin Puree

½ Cup Yogurt (I use Vanilla Greek Yogurt)

¾ Cup Milk (any type of milk the original recipe called for almond or soy milk)

½ – 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Pinch or two extra cinnamon if it suits your tastes

½ a Frozen Banana

Add, Blend and Enjoy! Yummy addition to breakfast or lunch 🙂
